Sewing Machine Servicing

Here at All Things Bernina we offer in-store servicing and repairs for BERNINA and bernette machines and most overlockers. We have an authorised Bernina Technician on site, the only female Bernina technician in Auckland and another in training. 

We have the skills, knowledge and service to get it right the first time, and a friendly, honest approach.

Our prices are as follows:

• $145 for mechanical or electronic Sewing Machines, Overlockers, Coverstitch machines.
• $170 for computerised Sewing Machines and Overlockers
• $150/hour labour for repairs or complex work outside the usual scope of a service.

We service or repair BERNINA and bernette sewing machines and most brands of overlockers. We may not be able to access parts for other brands. We aim to complete the work in a timely fashion and will advise turnaround time at the time of booking.

There is a non-refundable $40 fee required on every machine when it is brought in. If we are able to complete the service/repair then we will take this payment off your balance owing.
